Manchester United and Chelsea are keeping tabs on Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa, according to journalist Ekrem Konur.
Konsa has been at Villa since 2019 when he joined the club from Brentford and he has come into his own in recent years.
He has been at the heart of an impressive Aston Villa side this season and his performances have played a role in keeping the club in the top-four race.
Konsa has also been piquing the interest of some of the biggest clubs in the Premier League with his performances at Villa.
It has been claimed that Manchester United and Chelsea are monitoring his showings at Villa Park.
Manchester United are expected to bring in at least one, if not two centre-backs in the summer and Konsa is being looked at as an option.
Chelsea are again expected to bring in defensive reinforcements at the end of the season, if not in January.
Aston Villa are unlikely to rubbish any talk of Konsa leaving in January but they could receive offers for him in the summer.
The two Premier League clubs are likely to continue to keep tabs on him for the rest of the season before making a decision.
