Inter Milan have a pain threshold for Valentin Carboni, who has been a target for West Ham in the ongoing winter transfer window.

The 18-year-old midfielder is currently out on loan at Monza and has been hugely impressive this season in Serie A.

His performances have been good enough for West Ham to try and snare him away from Inter in the ongoing winter transfer window.

Inter have already rejected an €11m bid from the Hammers and are fighting tooth and nail to keep hold of the player.

The Nerazzurri are in no mood to sell the talented young midfielder but according to Italian daily Tuttosport (via FcInterNews.it), at a certain figure, Inter will consider changing their stance.

It has been claimed that an offer of more than €25m will likely make the Serie A giants think about selling Carboni.

Inter, like most Italian clubs, need funds and depend heavily on player sales to balance the books.

They are not financially able to reject offers around the €25m mark for Carboni even if they want to keep him.

Whether West Ham are prepared to go that high to land the Argentinian midfielder remains to be seen.
