Leicester City are set to put Fulham attacker Bobby De Cordova-Reid through a medical in the next 24 hours, according to the Daily Telegraph.

De Cordova-Reid is out of contract at Fulham and Marco Silva has been trying to convince the player to sign a new deal.

The Fulham boss has been keen to hold on to the forward who is versatile enough to play both up front and wide for the team.

However, the attacker is set to turn down a new contract from Fulham in favour of joining Leicester in the ongoing transfer window.

Steve Cooper has managed to convince the player to join the newly promoted Premier League side this summer and he has already been booked for a medical.

De Cordova-Reid is scheduled to undergo a medical with the Foxes in the next 24 hours as they push to get the transfer over the line.

Cooper believes he is about to land an experienced Premier League attacker on a free transfer ahead of the new season.

He spent five years at Craven Cottage and made more than 200 appearances for the club during his time with the club.
