The 26-year-old forward’s future at Lazio has come under the scanner and there are suggestions that the club could sell him to fund some of their incoming business.

Lazio are reportedly expecting to receive offers for him soon, which the Serie A giants are ready to evaluate with an open mind.

A move to the Premier League has been mooted with West Ham and Arsenal believed to be interested in the player.

And according to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Tottenham are also keen on snapping up Correa during the ongoing transfer window.

Spurs’ football managing director, Paratici, is a fan of the Argentine and is considering taking him to the north London club.

He is expected to turn his attention towards signing new players as soon as he sorts out the club’s shambolic managerial search.

But Tottenham’s interest in Correa is dependent on the club selling players first this summer.

The Premier League club are not in a financial position to sign fresh faces before moving on players.
