Paris Saint-Germain will have a summer transfer budget of €70M.

The French side have received investment from Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund and are set on becoming the dominant team in Ligue 1.

Already PSG have been linked with big-money swoops for Inter striker Samuel Eto’o and Palermo forward Javier Pastore. And with a confirmed €70M budget, more audacious bids are likely.

PSG are soon to be boosted by the appointment of former Inter coach Leonardo as sporting director and the French club hope the Brazilian can attract talent to the Parc des Princes.

Leonardo is expected to be confirmed in his new role on Monday.
