Juventus are stepping up their moves to bring Sergio Aguero to Turin.

The Argentine striker was thought to have his heart set on a switch from Atletico Madrid to Real Madrid, but such a move does not look like materialising.

And now, despite having gone public with his wish to remain in La Liga, while still leaving the Vicente Calderon, Aguero is being forced to consider other options – one of which is a move to Juventus.

The Bianconeri have long been admirers of Aguero’s and to take the striker to Turin would be the jewel in their summer transfer activity. A stumbling block though is the price.

Atletico have not budged from demanding €45M for a player they really wish not to sell, Juventus though have offered only €30M.

Now the Italian giants are expected to return with a bid of €35M as they try to step up their efforts to snare the Argentine.
