Nottingham Forest defender Jonathan Panzo is an option for Standard Liege in the final week of the transfer window.

The 23-year-old centre-back has been largely warming the bench at Forest in the ongoing season.

His four Premier League appearances have come from the bench and the defender could be on his way out of the club in the final week of the winter window.

The London-born defender has suitors in Europe and could be offered an exit from Forest in the coming days.

According to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws, Standard are looking at the defender as a potential option ahead of next week’s transfer deadline.

The Belgian outfit are in the market for players in several positions in the final week of the transfer.

They are interested in signing a centre-back and Panzo is a player the club are considering signing.

The 23-year-old has 18 months left on his contract and Forest are likely to be open to offers for him in the coming week.
