Manchester United are tracking Sevilla's young left-back Alberto Moreno, having been impressed with his performances over the last 12 months.

A product of Sevilla's youth system, the 21-year-old impressed first with Sevilla's B team before being promoted to the club's senior squad.

Moreno capped off his campaign last term by playing four games at this summer's European Under-21 Championship in Israel, helping Spain's Under-21s to lift the trophy.

This season the 21-year-old has featured in four of Sevilla's five La Liga games, while he also has five appearances in the Europa League under his belt.

And according to Tutto Mercato, the left-back is firmly on Manchester United's watch list.

The English champions tried to sign another left-back in the summer window, but saw their attempts to bag Fabio Coentrao from Real Madrid fall short.

Moreno is under contract with Los Rojiblancos until 2015.
