Fixture: Middlesbrough vs Tottenham Hotspur
Competition: Premier League
Kick-off: 15:00 (UK time)

Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed their starting line-up and substitutes to take on Middlesbrough in an away Premier League fixture this afternoon.

Spurs have started the new campaign strongly, picking up eleven points from their opening five Premier League games, along with thrashing Gillingham 5-0 in the EFL Cup in midweek.

They head to Boro high on confidence, but without the injured Harry Kane. Pochettino opts to play Vincent Janssen to lead the attack, though Heung-Min Son, Christian Eriksen and Moussa Sissoko will also be looking to get forward. Victor Wanyama and Dele Alli slot into central midfield. At the back, Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld are the central defenders, ahead of Hugo Lloris.

Pochettino has Erik Lamela as an attacking option off the bench, along with Georges-Kevin N'Koudou. Kevin Wimmer and Cameron Carter-Vickers are also amongst the substitutes.
