With an eye on the transfer window, Leicester City are keeping a close watch on a trio of Belgians, namely Dennis Praet, Thorgan Hazard and Zakaria Bakkali.

The Foxes have secured one of the unlikeliest of Premier League titles ever this season, and are aware that they will have to strengthen in the summer to remain even in contention to win it again next term.

The Premier League big boys are expected to spend big money in the summer transfer window, but the English champions are not keen to fall behind and have already prepared a shortlist of candidates they want to pursue.

According to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws, the Foxes have Anderlecht playmaker Praet, Borussia Monchengladbach’s Hazard and Valencia winger Zakaria Bakkali on their radar for the summer.

Hazard, a former Chelsea man, has been in good form in Germany this season and Monchengladbach are not expected to sell the player; it could be the same story with Bakkali, who joined Valencia last summer.

However, Praet could be available in the summer as his contract expires at the end of next season and Anderlecht might be ready to cash in on their prized asset at the end of the season in order to recoup a substantial fee.

If they make a move for the Anderlecht playmaker, Leicester are expected to face stiff competition for his signature as a number of top clubs, including Liverpool, are said to be keen to sign him.
