And according to Turkish daily Hurriyet, Galatasaray have also identified the Spurs midfielder as a top target.

They are carrying out the legwork needed to proceed with negotiations to get him out of Spurs this summer.
And Galatasaray believe if they can secure Champions League group stage football, Lo Celso would agree to the move.
