Marco Silva has been pushing to bring in a forward since losing Aleksandar Mitrovic to Saudi Arabia earlier this summer.

Fulham have been looking at several players ahead of the end of the transfer window and the club are now pushing to sign Ocampos.

It has been claimed that Fulham have reached an agreement over a fee with Sevilla for the forward’s signature.

However, Fulham are yet to agree on personal terms on a contract with the striker who is yet to indicate whether he wants the move.

Sevilla are involved in the Champions League and the Cottagers have work to do to convince Ocampos to move to west London.

The west London club will hope to hold talks with the forward and his representatives soon to agree on a contract.

It remains to be seen whether Ocampos is prepared to move to Fulham ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline.

The Argentine is in the final year of his contract and Sevilla are keen to sell him in the coming days.
