Genoa signed the Romanian defender from Juventus on loan last year before making the move permanent last summer.

His performances in Serie A have turned heads across Europe and he is being watched by several clubs ahead of the rapidly approaching January transfer window.

Dragusin is believed to be one of Tottenham’s top defensive targets, with the club said to be closely monitoring his situation in Italy.

But according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.it, he is also on the radar of the biggest clubs in Italy.

And it has been claimed that AC Milan have a serious interest in getting their hands on the 21-year-old.

He is being closely followed by the club’s recruitment team ahead of the club possibly making a concrete effort to sign him.

That could mean Tottenham will need to battle against AC Milan for Dragusin’s signature.

It remains to be seen whether Genoa receive offers for Dragusin in January or whether his suitors are prepared to wait until the summer.
