Former Spurs legend Ossie Ardiles is reportedly eyeing a move to Notts County to join the Sven-Goran Eriksson revolution according to British paper the Sunday Express. The Argentine is keen to return to the English game and feels an opportunity at Meadow Lane would represent a fantastic route back into English football.
Ardiles had been mentioned by some as a possible candidate to replace Diego Maradona as Argentina coach had the former Napoli star failed to guide the country to the World Cup in South Africa. The 57-year-old last managed Paraguayan side Cerro Porteno and has enjoyed spells around the world.
