New Benfica signing Ola John has admitted he is impressed with the Portuguese giants.
John landed at the Lisbon club earlier this summer, inking a deal from Dutch outfit FC Twente.
The 20-year-old wide-man only made the breakthrough at the Tukkers last season, but made a huge impression and was instantly linked with a move elsewhere.
Benfica paid an initial €9M for John, but that could reach €12M through a number of add-ons. He signed a five-year contract at the Estadio da Luz.
"My first impressions are very good. This is a club that is a different size to FC Twente", said the Holland Under-21 star.
"Benfica have big ambitions and I have big dreams", he added.
John will hope to help Benfica win the Portuguese league this season and in so doing wrestle the title away from arch-rivals FC Porto.
