Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has explained that he is unsure about the extent of Joe Hart’s injury.
The goalkeeper, who has been struggling with a back problem, picked up a hamstring injury during his side’s 1-0 loss to Juventus last night.
As a result, Hart was replaced by Willy Caballero in the closing stages of the game in Turin.
And Pellegrini, who does not want to lose the England international for a long time, however, insisted that he has full trust in Caballero to step up in Hart’s absence.
“As for Joe Hart – it is impossible to know how serious his injury is at this point”, the Chilean told the club’s official site.
