Arsenal defender and Inter Milan target Shkodran Mustafi has emerged as a defensive target for Juventus for next summer.

The defender was heavily linked with a move to Italy last summer with Inter, but the German ultimately decided against leaving Arsenal and has been a key player this season.

Inter have continued to monitor the defender’s situation and have been rumoured to be in favour of rekindling their interest in Mustafi during the January transfer window.

Arsenal are unlikely to allow such a key player leave in the middle of the season, but the defender is understood to be not against the idea of leaving the Gunners next summer.

And according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Mustafi has been attracting more Serie A interest and he is firmly in Juventus sights for the transfer window ahead of next season.
