The 26-year-old right-back has not featured for Arsenal in their first two Premier League games of the season and the club want to move him on.
Bellerin’s agent and Arsenal have been trying to attract offers for the Spaniard all summer but so far, he is nowhere close to leaving the club.
Italian giants Inter wanted him but only on loan and both Arsenal and the player want to sever their ties permanently.
But it has been claimed Arsenal are yet to receive an offer for Bellerin that would be acceptable to them.
He has been deemed surplus to requirements at Arsenal and the player is also keen to move on to start a new chapter in his career.
But for the moment his future remains unresolved and Arsenal still do not have a good offer on their table.
The north London club are hopeful that someone would be willing to put in a solid offer for Bellerin before the window slams shut next Tuesday.
