A product of the PSV academy, the former Crystal Palace and Tottenham prospect has made rapid progress in the Netherlands and has made 80 senior appearances for the Dutch giants.
The England Under-21 international has been on the radar of several Premier League who want him back in his homeland soon.
Chelsea have been keeping tabs on the player and are claimed to have put in an offer for him.
But according to Dutch daily the Eindhovens Dagblad, PSV have been quick to knock back the bid from Chelsea for Madueke.
Chelsea’s €30m offer did not cut the mustard and PSV want more money if they are to sell him in the ongoing window.
It is unclear whether Chelsea are ready to go back with a fresh offer for the winger in the coming days.
They have already completed a deal to sign Mykhaylo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk for a fee of €100m, seeing off rivals Arsenal to land him.
