Ayew is available on a free transfer and a deal to sign him could be completed even after the window closes tonight.
The 33-year-old’s representatives will be in England on Wednesday and will be offering his services to clubs in the Premier League.
Everton and Nottingham Forest are the two clubs who have been offered the veteran forward and Toffees have already distanced themselves from the speculation.
And it has been claimed that even Nottingham Forest are unlikely to try and sign Ayew in the coming days.
Steve Cooper likes him and did manage him at Swansea previously but a deal is not likely.
Forest do not have space in their squad to accommodate the potential signing of Ayew.
The forward is looking for a new club after he left Al Sadd earlier in the ongoing transfer window.
It remains to be seen whether any Premier League try to sign the forward on a free transfer in the coming days.
