The Whites are pushing to bring in more reinforcements before the end of the window and signing a centre-back has become a priority following Liam Cooper’s injury.

The Leeds captain will be out for two months due to a foot injury he picked up in the 2-2 draw against Cardiff City on Sunday and Leeds are lining up signing a centre-back.

Leeds are in advanced talks to sign Rodon on loan from Tottenham and Whites are trying to rush through a deal for him.

An agreement is in place between the two clubs as they look to finalise the deal and Leeds want to wrap up the loan before they travel to Birmingham on Saturday.

Rodon needs to be registered by Friday noon if he is to be available to be in the Leeds side to take on Birmingham.

Leeds are working towards getting the deal done and having the Welshman in the squad for the trip to St. Andrew’s.

The Whites are also in talks to sign Max Aarons on a permanent deal from Norwich City in the coming days as well.
