Napoli have joined the race for the signature of Manchester United attacker Mason Greenwood in the summer transfer window.

Greenwood is currently out on loan at Spanish side Getafe and has impressed with his performances in Spain.

Manchester United are looking to sell the striker this summer and the forward has attracted interest from clubs in the Premier League, Serie A and La Liga.

Getafe would like to hold on to the forward but are unlikely to match Manchester United’s asking price coupled with his wage demands.

Juventus are pushing to sign the forward but according to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport (via Tutto Mercato), they are now set to face Italian competition for his signature.

Napoli are in the market for forwards and Greenwood has emerged as a potential option for him.

The Serie A giants are closely tracking the striker and are considering making a move for him.

Two Premier League clubs have also put in enquiries for Greenwood but Manchester United are expected to sell him abroad this summer.
