Rutter, 21, arrived at Elland Road from Hoffenheim in January this year as Leeds looking for him to fire them to safety in the Premier League.

They spent a club record fee on Rutter, but he failed to make an impact as Leeds were relegated.

Rutter has already scored for Leeds this season, but the Yorkshire outfit want to witness more contributions from the forward amid their hopes of clinching an immediate return to the top tier.

Former Leeds star Parker is a big fan of Rutter and, having spoken to him for LUTV, insists that he is great fun and very likeable.

Parker is now hoping to see Rutter make a big impact at Millwall this weekend.

Georginioooooooo!! Great to chat with this highly fun and likeable guy ahead of our trip down to Millwall”, Parker wrote on Twitter.

Daniel Farke’s side have had a mixed start to their campaign this term.

They are now preparing to deal with a packed schedule after the international break, starting with an away match at the Den.
