The Hillsborough outfit are at the bottom of the Championship table and have managed to win only one game under their new boss, Rohl, since his appointment.

On Wednesday, Sheffield Wednesday took on league leaders Leicester City at home and managed to steal one point with the help of Jeff Hendrick’s injury time equaliser.

Rohl believes that the draw against the Foxes is an indicator that their method is the right one and he added that supporters need to show patience with them.

The Sheffield Wednesday boss stressed that they have a clear strategy on and off the ball and stated that they will require the support of the Owls faithful going forward.

“It was great to take the point and it shows that our way is the right way, even maybe the gap to the line is a little bit bigger but I am very proud of my team”, Rohl told Sheffield Wednesday’s media.

“For me, it is important as well that we support each other.

“We need our massive fans behind us and sometimes also today it is about being a little bit patient with us.

“We have a clear strategy with the ball and against the ball and I think it is very helpful to have support on our backs.”

Sheffield Wednesday have picked up only seven points from 18 games so far this season and they are set to welcome seventh-placed Blackburn Rovers at the weekend.
