The agent of Aston Villa midfielder Michael Bradley has denied that his client is on the way to Serie A side Roma and believes the stories could be a case of creative journalism.
Bradley had been linked with a summer switch to Roma as the Giallorossi prepare to undertake wholesale changes to their squad under the new ownership of Italian-American Thomas DiBenedetto.
But Alberto Faccini, Bradley’s agent, believes that it is unlikely his client will move to the Italian capital.
"Bradley to Roma? I think there is nothing concrete about it, probably he has been linked with Roma because the club has been bought by Americans", said Faccini to Tutto Mercato.
But the midfielder’s agent does agree that his client would be suited to Italian football.
"I have not talked with Roma executives, anyway, I think he would be suitable to Italian football."
