Anzhi Makhachkala boss Guus Hiddink has added to the club's coaching staff with the addition of Fuat Usta.
The Dutch-Turkish coach worked with Hiddink when the former PSV Eindhoven manager was in charge of Russia.
A former midfielder, Usta spent much of his career playing in Holland and Hiddink believes that, with the 40-year-old being well schooled in the art of Dutch football, he will bring much to Anzhi.
"Fuat was educated in Dutch football, but born in Samsun, close to the Caucasus", Hiddink told Voetbal International.
"He knows the surroundings here and he feels what it is like to live here.
"Together with Jelle [Goes] he will shape the academy, which has since opened its doors.
