Rickie Lambert will not be adding to his England caps tomorrow, but Chelsea's Frank Lampard will be earning a dual honour when they take on Chile.
England will play Chile at Wembley tomorrow and Lampard has been named captain for the night, with Steven Gerrard out injured.
In addition, boss Roy Hodgson also revealed Lampard will be getting his commemorative "golden cap" for reaching 100 appearances when England played Ukraine last month.
Lambert, who made his England debut this year, is ruled out, though his Southampton team-mates Adam Lallana and Jay Rodriguez still have a chance to make their senior debuts.

"We've lost Rickie Lambert to a muscle problem", Hodgson told a press conference relayed by the BBC. "It will keep him out of the game on Friday and possibly out of the Germany game [on 19th November].
"For the players who are selected, they have to work very hard if we are to maintain our unbeaten record. It's going to be an exciting couple of games.
"I don't intend to reveal the team but it's a pleasure to say that Frank will be leading the team out. He'll be receiving his 100th cap from his father and Sir Geoff Hurst."
Lampard made his England debut in 1999, under then manager Kevin Keegan, and will be earning his 103rd appearance tomorrow.
"It will be a very special moment for me", the midfielder said. "To win 100 caps was a long time coming.
"We all want to be involved in these two very exciting friendlies, which will both test us. What more could an England player want than to play against the old rivals Germany?"
