Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo will not be risked against Galatasaray in the Champions League tomorrow.
Los Blancos welcome the Turkish champions to the Bernabeu sitting clear at the top of Group B, with ten points from four games. Galatasaray are second on four points, FC Copenhagen third on four, while Juventus are in the unfamiliar spot of bottom with three points.
But Real Madrid will have to look to qualify in style tomorrow without talisman Ronaldo, who has an injury niggle and is being rested in favour of playing on Saturday against Real Valladolid in La Liga.
"Ronaldo won't play tomorrow because he has a little injury", Ancelotti told a press conference.

"We will need to wait and see whether he can play on Saturday."
As for Ronaldo's replacement, an opportunity could be given to either Angel di Maria or Jese Rodriguez, Ancelotti says.
"Di Maria or Jese could take Ronaldo's place.
"We have these two options and I will take the decision tomorrow."
