David Beckham denies he has any regrets about hanging up his boots aged 38 despite seeing former team-mate Ryan Giggs carrying on until 40.

Giggs celebrates his 40th birthday today and has already vowed plans to continue playing beyond next summer when his contract expires at Manchester United.
