Kompany is in talks with Burnley to become their new manager and he is one of the three names on their shortlist of targets.

Anderlecht are expecting the Belgian to leave and are already in conversations to bring in a new manager.

The former defender is excited about the Burnley job and has not been put off by their relegation from the Premier League.

But it has been claimed that they are not the only club who have made offers to Kompany this summer.

The former Manchester City captain has one more offer from another unnamed club to become their manager.

He is closely studying the opportunities and is expected to make a decision soon on his next club.

Kompany is believed to be favouring a move back to England but Burnley still have work to do to convince him to reject the other offer on his table.

They have been on the lookout for a new manager since sacking Sean Dyche in April and was being managed on an interim basis by Mike Jackson.
