With Leeds resigned to losing Raphinha, the club are moving quickly to bring in his replacement even before the Brazilian has left the building.
23-year-old Colombia winger Sinisterra has emerged as the top target and Leeds have made rapid progress in negotiations with Feyenoord.
Sinisterra did not join his Feyenoord team-mates for their pre-season tour of Austria on Monday as he was given permission to hold talks with Leeds.
And it has been claimed that personal terms have been agreed between the Premier League side and the winger’s camp.
Talks are ongoing between Leeds and Feyenoord over finalising the agreement before the Colombian can travel to England.
Once the deal is complete it would be a record sale for Feyenoord, who are expected to bag £22m including potential add-ons from the Colombian’s departure.
Sinisterra will undergo a medical with Leeds once the two clubs work out the final agreement.
Leeds are also looking to get the deal to sign Tyler Adams from RB Leipzig over the line this week as well.
