Banks’ loan spell last season with the Bantams, where the right winger made a total of 36 appearances, helped Mark Hughes’ side convince Crystal Palace to loan Gordon to them.
Roy Hodgson’s side want Gordon to experience regular first-team football and they deem Bradford City to be the best club to provide him with adequate opportunities.
Now if all goes well then Gordon will ply his trade under Hughes this season in League Two.
