The Denmark Under-21 international has emerged on the radar of Scottish champions Celtic in the ongoing transfer window.

Celtic are in the market for strikers and the club have been interested in getting their hands on Kvistgaarden.

The Bhoys acted on their interest in the forward and according to Danish daily BT, they tabled a bid for the attacker.

Celtic offered somewhere around £4m to Brondby for the striker last week but the Danish giants were quick to reject the offer.

Brendan Rodgers is an admirer of the player and Celtic made it clear to Brondby that they are prepared to offer more money.

However, Brondby made it clear that they are not prepared to sell the Kvistgaarden this summer.

The Danish giants also rejected an offer from the MLS for the 21-year-old striker in the ongoing window.

For the moment, it seems unlikely that Kvistgaarden will be leaving Brondy any time soon.
