Tottenham Hotspur will look to either sell Sergio Reguilon or loan him out again in this month’s transfer window, according to talkSPORT.

Manchester United signed the left-back on loan towards the end of the summer transfer window last year.

Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia suffered injuries and Erik ten Hag needed a new emergency left-back in the squad.

Reguilon went on to make 12 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils but will now be returning to north London.

Manchester United negotiated a break clause in the loan agreement with Spurs when the deal was agreed upon last summer.

Tottenham do not intend to include Reguilon in Ange Postecoglou’s plans however and are eyeing moving him on.

Spurs will look to either find a new home on loan for the defender or cut their losses completely and sell him.

Reguilon could well generate interest from his native Spain and is likely to not be short of options during this month’s transfer window.
