Stoke City are set to give Wolves midfielder Luke Cundle a medical ahead of sealing a loan for him, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Cundle has been on loan in the Championship with Plymouth Argyle and has caught the eye with his performances at Home Park.
Plymouth have now lost the services of Cundle though, with Wolves having recalled him to Molineux.
Cundle will not stay at Wolves though and is now set to undergo a medical at Stoke, ahead of signing for the Potters on loan.
It had been suggested that Wolves could look to sell Cundle, but the move will be a loan.
At Stoke, Cundle will link up with former Plymouth boss Steven Schumacher.
The midfielder clocked 24 appearances in the Championship for Argyle this season and scored three times, while providing five assists.
Stoke boss Schumacher will be delighted to once again be able to call upon the services of Cundle for the remainder of the campaign.
