Bayern Munich have internally discussed the possibility of signing Tottenham Hotspur target Radu Dragusin, it has been claimed in Germany.

The 21-year-old centre-back is expected to leave Genoa before the transfer window ends at the end of this month.

Napoli have tried to sign him by offering players to Genoa as part of a deal but Tottenham are the ones who are leading the race to sign the Romanian defender.

A fresh round of talks between the two clubs has brought them closer to a deal but nothing has been finalised yet and another side are claimed to be interested in Dragusin.

According to German broadcaster Sky Deutschland, his name features prominently on Bayern Munich’s shortlist of targets.

The defender is on the radar of the German champions and the club are considering making a move for him.

His name has been prominently discussed by Thomas Tuchel and the club’s recruitment team.

Tottenham are pushing to sign him but they could face the threat of Bayern Munich in the pursuit of Dragusin.
