Leeds United are monitoring Nottingham Forest defender Neco Williams, but the Tricky Trees are reluctant to do business, according to The Athletic.

Daniel Farke is hunting another full-back to bring in through the door following the decision to terminate Djed Spence’s loan from Tottenham Hotspur.

West Ham United’s Ben Johnson is a target, while Burnley’s Connor Roberts has been on the Whites’ radar.

Forest’s former Liverpool star Williams is someone the Whites have been monitoring, but they could find doing a deal tricky.

The Premier League side are reluctant to sanction an exit for Williams in this month’s transfer window.

Williams has made eleven appearances in the Premier League so far this season, providing one assist in the process.

The Welshman will be looking to get regular game time at the City Ground under Nuno in the second half of the campaign.

Williams is under contract at Nottingham Forest until the summer of 2026.
