Feyenoord are not entitled to earn any percentage of the fee from Luis Sinisterra’s permanent move to Bournemouth from Leeds United.

The 24-year-old is set to make his loan move from Elland Road to Dean Court permanent at the end of the season after the two clubs agreed on a fee.

Andoni Iraola’s side will pay £20m to the Whites to seal the Colombian international’s long-term future.

However, the deal will not be financially beneficial for the Championship giants, representing a loss of £1m for a player they signed from Feyenoord for £21m.

As Leeds will not be making any profit from Sinisterra’s sale, the player’s former club Feyenoord will miss out earning money from the sell-on clause they negotiated, which only applies to the profit Leeds make.

However, an amount of €470,000 will be earned from a solidarity contribution for the Dutch club though, according to Dutch outlet 1908.nl.

Though Sinisterra has not been a pivotal part of Iraola’s starting line-ups this season, he has affected games from the bench.

Now Leeds are set to permanently end their ties with the winger, though they will hope to meet him again in the Premier League next season.
