Juventus have pulled out of the race for Chelsea target Jadon Sancho, who they consider to be too expensive.

The Manchester United winger is a player that Juventus have been chasing for much of the summer and only earlier this week they were optimistic about landing him.

It was even suggested that a deal was in place with Manchester United for Sancho, who is also drawing attention from Chelsea.

Whether there was an agreement between the two clubs is unclear, but Juventus have mulled the overall cost of the deal and are not going ahead.

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato.it, Juventus feel signing Sancho is too expensive.

They have pulled out of the race and are keen to prioritise the young players they have at the club.

It had been thought that offloading Arthur Melo could open up space for Sancho to arrive, but that is not the case.

That could leave Chelsea as Sancho’s most realistic option for an escape from Old Trafford on deadline day.
