Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery, has put clubs on alert after claiming he is unlikely to achieve his ambitions with the German giants. The 26-year-old has been the subject of massive interest from football’s largest clubs, with Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester United all said to be chasing the talented Frenchman.

I would like to win the Champions League, but our team probably does not have the quality. Right now, we cannot compete with Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal or Inter Milan,” Ribery said to the Daily Mail. He was also quick to deny reports he had already an agreement with Real Madrid, adding, “No, no, no! I have signed no pre-contract with Real. I haven’t signed with anybody.”

Along with news reporting Ribery isn’t enjoying the best relationship with Bayern manager Louis van Gaal, the highly-coveted player looks certain to be playing for a new team next year. With all the big clubs more than willing to grab hold of his services, it could simply go down to where the former Marseille player feels he has the best chances of achieving his dream of Champions League success.
