Olivier Kapo is almost certain to leave Wigan during the January transfer window, either on loan or in a permanent deal, according to France Football. The only question mark seems to be over where the 29-year-old will end up.
A move to Ligue 1 side Boulogne was rumoured to be lined up for Kapo, but this has since been denied and it now seems the midfielder is not set for a return to his homeland.
Clubs competing for Kapo’s services include Italian sides Atalanta and Genoa, and Greek champions Olympiacos. There are sure to be developments over the coming days.
