Barcelona host Stuttgart tomorrow night, in a match where they will have the slight advantage going in, after Zlatan Ibrahimovic salvaged a 1-1 draw in the first leg. Full-back Dani Alves however, isn’t prepared to be content with their slender edge, and believes the club need to give everything they have if they want to go far in the Champions League.

“If you’re not at 200%, you’re out. We have to charge our batteries and be prepared. I want to go through to the next round,” Alves said on the club’s official website. “We have a magnificent opportunity in front of our own fans and in our own stadium. We mustn’t waste it. We know how important and difficult the competition is. The slightest slip and they can send you home. It’s a really difficult match and we have to go flat out.”

Barcelona returned to winning ways at the weekend, impressively dispatching of Valencia 3-0, thanks to a hat-trick from Lionel Messi.
