Having impressed for Bayern Munich as the German club dumped Manchester United out of the Champions League, Croatia striker Ivica Olic is reported to be interesting Manchester City. France Football believes that United’s fierce local rivals are considering a move for the 30-year-old.

Olic only moved to the Allianz Arena in the summer and should Bayern be willing to part with their man then the bid will no doubt need to be substantial, with a figure of €20M mooted by the report.

The former Hamburg striker arrived at Louis van Gaal’s side originally earmarked for a backup role, however injuries to key strikers has allowed him to feature on a regular basis.
