Aston Villa striker Emile Heskey has warned his side to expect an intensely tough battle against relegation-threatened Hull City, when they clash at the KC Stadium tonight. Although the England international admits their opponents will not be playing the prettiest football, he insists all that matters at the end of the day are the points.

"They are not going to make it pretty because all they have to do is get the points. All that counts at the end day is points. It might not be the prettiest occasion but we are going to go out there and try and push for the win,” Heskey said on the club’s official website. "I’m sure the teams at the top will be exactly the same.”

A win against struggling Hull tonight, will propel Villa back into sixth in the Premier League standings, just three points adrift fourth placed Tottenham Hotspur.
