With Chelsea slipping up against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, Manchester United’s Darren Fletcher feels the pressure is now squarely on the The Blues to win the Premier League title. As the gap between the two sides has been reduced to just a single point, the Scot claims, "They were in a situation where they might have felt they could have pulled away and be in a real strong position but they are not."

The psychological effect on Chelsea of Man Utd being so close once again in the title race could prove to be too much, as Fletcher says on the league’s official website, "They are the team leading the league and all the pressure is on them. We are just taking care of ourselves.”

The Red Devils’ chances of winning the Premier League title for the fourth consecutive time could be on the line when they face Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, in what is deemed to be United’s toughest game with only three matches remaining.
