Inter Milan manager Jose Mourinho is hands down one of the most interesting individuals in the realm of football, due in large part to his controversial nature, and outspoken ways. One thing that the Portuguese tactician has constantly proven however, aside from having an abundance of self-confidence and being the centre of media attention, is his ability to be a success wherever he takes charge.

In an interview with Spanish daily Marca, the former Chelsea boss reveals a little of the method behind his madness, as he explains how he uses his massive persona to keep his players focused. “I attract the pressure so that my players will be free of it,” Mourinho explains.

The Inter manager, who is currently being heavily linked with a summer switch to Real Madrid, will be putting his tactical expertise on display on Saturday, as he guides his side against Bayern Munich in the Champions League final.
