Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck has revealed that manager Carlo Ancelotti is aiming to bring in “two or three” players to the club during the January transfer window. Despite an impressive domestic double, the Blues boss will not be resting on his laurels during the break, as he attempts to improve an already magnificent side.

This year I think Carlo has said two or three in and two or three out and he is very satisfied with the current squad,” said Buck on premierleague.com. "We can expect a couple of changes but that is just the nature of football, you can’t have the jigsaw puzzle together and that is it forever.”

Chelsea are expecting to have the veteran duo of Michael Ballack and Deco leave the club in the summer, leaving space for new talent to replace them.
