Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has made it clear that he has no intention of selling any of his players in the summer transfer window. There has been plenty of speculation that Argentinean sensation Sergio Aguero could be on his way out of the club, but this has been adamantly refuted by the club’s head.

We have no intention of selling any player. Agüero is very happy at Atletico and Madrid and I know the Kun (Aguero) has received no offers,” Cerezo said to the Spanish press. The Vicente Calderon outfit are keen to build on their Europa League success last year, and are determined to keep a hold of all their stars.

In response to rumours linking Aguero’s strike partner Diego Forlan with a move away from Atletico, the president said, "In late August Forlan will be here, he does not want to leave."
