Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has said that he knows all about interest in his services from Serie A club Lazio, but is concentrating fully on the World Cup. Ghana have progressed to the quarter-finals where they will meet Uruguay and once again have the hopes of Africa on their shoulders.

"I know that Lazio are very interested in me", said the Portsmouth midfielder. "But now I am only thinking about the World Cup, it’s too important. We’ll talk about [my future] in due course."

The Ghana star has shone in South Africa and is not expected to continue playing for relegated Portsmouth next season. The south coast club know however that there will be a huge amount of interest in their 23-year-old.
