Widely expected to leave Barcelona this summer, Yaya Toure has still not completely ruled out the possibility of staying at the Camp Nou.

Sources close to Toure’s agent Dmitri Selcuk, suggest that the midfielder’s camp are waiting until Sandro Rosell is installed as Barcelona president in succession to Joan Laporta. The feeling is that Rosell may make a plea for the player’s services, which, although it seems unlikely, would be well received by the Ivory Coast midfielder.

Watching developments closely are Manchester City, who are already believed to have agreed both a fee with Barcelona and personal terms with Toure. All the Eastlands club are waiting for is the green light from Spain to complete the deal.
